Our maintenance team undertake Cleaning, Gardening, Window Cleaning and General Repairs.

After spending years overseeing the operations of maintenance companies, we know exactly what residents want and expect from their maintenance company. With years of experience in property management, we encourage our clients to use our knowledge and expertise.

Assistance for Managing Agents

At EVOPS we have learnt the industry of property maintenance by over seeing maintenance companies as a Managing Agent. Due to our previous experience in property management we know what it takes to provide a professional and efficient service to the residents, and equally to the managing agent. We know that such a big part of the perception of a managing agent is how a development looks. This is why managing agents can rest assured, when we undertake the maintenance on a development, that it will look its best.

We look to build a working relationship with the property managers who are responsible for the developments If we can assist on site we will. While on site we will happily report on any issues, take metre readings and meet with residents, etc. We like to liaise with the property managers regularly to ensure the highest possible standard of service.

Assistance for Developers:

EVOPS offer more than just a maintenance service to developers, we will assist with any management issues. We can assist and advise on the following:

  • Recommend managing agents.
  • Management company structure.
  • Liaise with managing agents and solicitors with regard to legal set up of the management company.
  • Service charge budget figures.
  • Highlight management company areas, and provide costs for maintenance.
  • Assist with the handover of management companies into residential control.

By appointing EVOPS to undertake the general maintenance on a new development, we will provide an efficient and professional service. We will also act as a point of contact for residents to answer any queries, including, any information about the management company and the managing agents, as we have vast experience in both areas. If EVOPS are appointed to maintain a site before a managing agent is in place, we will liaise with the residents, making them aware of the management process, until the managing agent is in a position to do so themselves. If residents are aware of why they have a managing agent and what their responsibilities are, handing over the company to the managing agents and eventually to residential control will be much easier.

Our service will also benefit the sales staff, we know what a burden management questions can be on sales staff, this is why we encourage residents to contact us directly, and sales staff refer any queries to us, therefore relieving the pressure from them.

Maintenance Employees:

Our staff which undertake the maintenance on each of our developments are skilled in each area of maintenance. Each development will have specialist cleaners, gardeners and when required window cleaners. We also have experts in all trades for any repairs which may be required. All of our staff have vast experience in property maintenance, all of our work is carried out in the most efficient and professional way.

Our staff adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations. These Regulations are forever changing, therefore leaving the resident directors exposed to potential legal problems. Because of this, Directors of management companies can gain peace of mind knowing EVOPS are continuously updating our procedures as regulations change.

Specification of Work:

We know that each development we maintain is individual. Due to this we will happily design a specification of work for each development we look after, this can either be done in the construction stage with the developer, or with the resident directors once the management company is handed over to residential control. Having the correct specification of work ensures the highest possible standard of maintenance, and the most cost effective.
